Chef David Watson
David is originally from New Jersey and graduated from Culinary School in Philadelphia. During school he studied in France and realized that he wanted to better understand and master local cuisines of the places he visited; instead of just trying to imitate them. After Culinary School he moved all around the country and immersed himself i
David is originally from New Jersey and graduated from Culinary School in Philadelphia. During school he studied in France and realized that he wanted to better understand and master local cuisines of the places he visited; instead of just trying to imitate them. After Culinary School he moved all around the country and immersed himself in local culinary favorites in every corner of our country. He always dreamed of having his own business where he could bring all his experiences and knowledge of the places he has been to people so they can taste why these Traditional Dishes are so special when they are done with care and love for the food and people you serve. Just like his mother there is nothing David enjoys more than to see how something as simple as a great sandwich or homemade pasta can make you feel good and your day better.
In his free time, David enjoys gardening, beekeeping(All Dr Kim), raising chickens,, spending time with his family, pets, and friends developing new recipes and making Delicious Fun Food for People with his Partner and Fiance Dr. Kim Simpson
